As an investor this rule is against the fundamentals of a free, fair and transparent market structure and as the governing body for such matters you need to listen to what average retail investors like me are saying and what we are saying is you need to stop proposing rules that negatively impacts the interest of retail investors and as such the SEC should squash this rule proposal or any other rules that are not in the best interest of us retail investors but pander to criminals such as Citadel and it's other co-conspirators who have made investing like a casino in which the house always wins that is these so called brokers and market makers, so in the end I would reiterate my point that I'm against the aforementioned rule and in saying so wish the SEC would do what's right for once in favour of us investors.
