Dear Sirs and Madams, SR-NSCC-2022-003 should not be approved. SR-NSCC-2022-003 is another attempt by interests contrary to the American people and retail investors. The SEC mission, first and foremost, is "...to protect investors....". SR-NSCC-2022-003 is contrary to that mission. SR-NSCC-2022-003 will further obfuscate true market price discovery and provide another avenue by which institutions can continue to avoid Failure To Deliver penalties and continue to hide illegal Naked Shorts.
