This is my formal notification of protest of the proposed rule changes outlined in the notice above. The changes proposed in subject line filing will be the most damaging thing that could happen to the American economy. It would not only allow any institution to abuse short selling practices it could allow ANYONE to abuse short selling practices. If passed you will be giving the green light to any ape wanting to create an economic crisis, or engage in legalized market fraud. �� For some reason I'm having a hard time telling if that's a bad idea or not.
