To whom it May Concern: I am strongly opposed to rule SR-NSCC-2022-003. Please remove this proposed rule, as it hurts the retail investor and does not promote a free and competitive market. This creates an opportunity for FTDs to be kicked down the road over and over and would lead to abuses immediately. -adam aiello
