To whom it may concern, As an overseas retail investor and therefore the active international participant of the US market, I hereby express strong opposition to the newly proclaimed rule SR-NSCC-2022-003. The mentioned regulation in its nature is contrary to and endangers the free, transparent and fair market system the US is striving to achieve and stand for in the world.
