Hello, I am writing to protest the passing/ implementation of SR-NSCC-20022-003. If the intent is to create a just and equitable market, this would take us further away from the goal. Small investors need protections and assurances that we are part of a fair and transparent system. SR-NSCC-20022-003 should not be passed and would send a message to people everywhere that their money and voices are less important than the institutions they help fund.
