To whom it may concern, This proposed rule change (SR-NSCC-2022-003) should NOT be approved. More securities lending is NOT the answer to deal with significant amounts of FTDs, Naked shorts, or similar. These practices undermine the integrity of the market. Thanks for the consideration.
