Greetings reader, I am Netherlands-based retail investor mainly invested in the US stock market and I am against this proposed rule. It does not create transparency in the market and does not benefit the everyday retail investors. It doesn’t promote a fair market and should NOT be adopted. Kind regards. Jack Araya.
