To whom it may concern, The market is already manipulated enough. We don't need to make it easier for people that fail to deliver their borrowed shares. Instead they need to be penalized for failing to make good on their contracts. Especially if these bad actors are intent on ruining businesses and the lives of people who work for and invest in those businesses. Please help restore my faith in the market place not degrade it. Everything everywhere is fucked and if the democrats push through this corruption then no one will be left to stand up against it. Sincerely, James Findley
