Dear Sir or madam’s to whoever it my concern. I’m deeply concerned about this proposal of rule since it’s not beneficial for retail investors in amer and around the world like my self. We need transparency in the market and this is the opposite of that. You need to throw this proposal out since it’s really harmful. You need to adress the problems that is within the core of the system. I’ll please plead upon you to do the right thing. I’ll sincerely hope you make a difference I’ll still have faith in the SEC to do it’s job protecting the investors that the market is dependent upon. I wish you guys a super day !
