To whom it may concern i think that the use of "SFT"s (Securities Financial Transaction) is going to destroy our fair markets. Using this tool to get out of FTD's is going to get the whole concept of an FTD out of place. These rules are making the market better and better for short sellers to short every stock to the ground, and the only institutions that mass short sell are big hedge funds. Retail is going to see all its money disappear because of the abusive shorting that this rule may cause. I beg of you to withdraw this rule as it is unfair to the regular people that invest and also that it will make an "FTD" no longer a thing to worry about for short sellers.
