SEC, I oppose the SR-NSCC-2022-003 rule change. It unequally favors financial institutions over retail investors. As a US Citizen, my tax dollars are intended for use by the SEC to protect the people and the interests of the money which we invest into our country's market. This rule change destroys faith in our "free" system and should be voted down. Otherwise, I have no confidence in our system which you protect and my investing will be performed in markets which are not subject to unequal representation of those who abuse it. Please vote against this rule change. -Zack
