Dear SEC, Time to end the advantages of Wall Street vs Mainstreet. This rule will have the exact opposite effect, it will reduce transparency even further, which is a disgrace in an advanced Nation as your own. I’m writing u all the way from Europe, because I too hold a significant portion of US stock in my portfolio. Rest assured that I will not rest until I have convinced everyone I know and more that it is not in their best effort to hold US stock. This manipulation is blatantly obvious and an absolute disgrace. Short sellers have run multiple good and promising companies into the ground for their own greed and supported friends that stand to win from losing a competitor. For the love of God, increase the transparency and equalise the balance between institutions and retail investors. A concerned, foreign investor. Kr, Thomas
