As a retail investor, I am highly against Proposed Rule Change SR-NSCC-2022-003 for what I believe to be very obvious reasons. Your job is to look out for the retail investor. This rule literally hurts retail. Do not entertain this bs. This helps market makers become exempt from their liabilities for reasons that are completely asinine. It's like giving them a free pass to commit MORE fraud. Even more than they already commit on a daily basis. Thanks, A concerned investor NOT in the U.S. but in the better country of Canada.
