To whom it may concern, How would this bill uphold price discovery, and continue to make the markets fair? This bill also removes infinite risk of shorting. How would FTD’s be enforced? This is a deliberate attempt to attack retail investors and the free market, and would make it impossible to prevent naked shorting and manipulation.
