Dear SEC, I do not believe (and I KNOW you do) this rule brings ANY fairness to the markets regarding FTDs. You have tried slipping this under the radar so YOU can help those that are on the short straw of these FTDs to remove their bad bets. I, as a retail investor, do not condone the implementation of this rule. Gary Gensler, you're a disgrace to all things human, you are slime. Stop helping SHFs to try wriggle out of what they have FAIRLY lost. Be better
