To whom it concerns, Response to: SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (Release No. 34-94694; File No. SR-NSCC-2022-003) Creating a “Securities Financing Transaction Clearing Service” will undermine the the true price discovery of the market. Shares should be purchased and sold on lit exchanges. Back room deals and swaps should not be brought to the front lines of the markets. Settlement should mean settlement!
