To whom it may concern I vehemently oppose the proposed rule SR-NCSS-2022-003 for reasons that are obvious. This rule is yet another tool meant to fleece retail investors of any market transparency and to allow nefarious wallstreet institutions to get away with financial terrorism scot-free This rule should be retracted again, as it isn’t the first time it has been proposed (under a different designation) Thank you, Joseph Crowe
