Good day, SEC. This message could be directed to Chairperson Gary Gensler: Will you stand up for Retail traders' rights? This rule could upend over 90 years of the function of Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. Why amend rules when it would potentially benefit institutional and majority shareholders, rather than the vast majority whom are invested, Retail? Please reconsider any major changes that could change the outcome of Banks' ability to be bailed out because a bad wager was made. You may contact me in any update to the status of stated amendment.
