With the lack of transparency already in place, this rule does not give me confidence in true movement of the market and shows that you are aware of the problems with the system and are now choosing to create new ways for for price action to be manipulated. I am truly shocked in reading this and realize that you don’t have any intent on creating a “fair market”. Sent from my iPad
