Hello, i am an investor from Europe, with money invested in your markets, and this new rule is in no way in my best interest. It is in the interest of Market Makers only, to do as they please without any kind of consequences. i am greatly disturbed by this new rule that will allow for FTDs to continue indefenetly in conjunction with dark pool abuse, to control and supress the price of security trading, securities in which retail has money invested. Please throw this new rule in the garbage, because it will more than likely hurt investors that see your american market as a wealth enhancement tool, which by the look of things, is becoming a wealth extraction tool for a few powerful entities. This not a fair market anymore, and it deeply saddens me that you would allow something like this to happen. Please, do your duty in looking out for the well being of investors, such as myself, and scrap this proposed rule, and please never try to propose something similar ever again.
