To Whom It May Concern, I am concerned by this proposed rule as an individual retail investor. I feel this rule is against the best interests of retail investors and it protects those who continue to short and naked short stocks thus allowing less transparency. Please WITHDRAW this proposal and get back to serving investors and not just corporations like Citadel and the others whio border on criminal activity.
