To whom it may concern, I am a retail investor who has worked hard his entire life and followed the rules as they have been laid out before me. I believe in fairness and Justice to all citizens regardless of their net worth or financial influence. From what I can see, the rich and those in power are able to set their own rules and not have to accept any consequences for their wrong doings. Allowing FTD’s to go on infinitely is irresponsible and immoral. A free and fair market means rules for all and not just those without huge amounts of wealth. I have learned quite a bit about the financial systems of this country and I am continuously disappointed with the level of action taken by the SEC for the wrong doings of many hedge funds and financial institutions. Please enforce rules that benefit the masses and not just the wealthy. Thank you, Ben Marshall Retail Investor
