To whom it may concern, I am vehemently opposed to the changes proposed in SR-NSCC-2022-003. This rule would be incredibly harmful to the free & fair nature of our market, and would essentially provide a perpetual FTD bailout to entities that have made poor investment decisions, at the cost of everyone else. This is simply and plainly unacceptable - this is not what the founding fathers of the United States fought for! Michael Robison
