Dear Gary Gensler,

This proposed rule is not in favor of retail as it allows for less transparency in an already opaque market.

It is absolutely infuriating that these rules that are proposed for helping retail actively works against retail.
As an individual retail investor I am already at an information disadvantage when I'm trading because retail does not have access to information that is available to institutions on FTD's, short interest information, swaps, options, etc...

This rule must not be allowed to pass if retail is to have a fair chance at gaining wealth in this supposedly free and fair market. If this rule passes, it will signal to myself and other individual retail investors that this market is not free and certainly not fair.
DO YOUR JOB AND HELP RETAIL BY ENFORCING AN ACTUAL FREE AND FAIR MARKET BY SHUTTING THIS PROPOSED RULE DOWN!

Sincerely,
An upset retail investor.
