Hello, I read through this proposal and am absolutely infuriated at the blatant attempt by these institutions to prioritize themselves over the retail investor. This proposal would further encourage unfair market practices that decentivize the general public from investing in the first place. Please make the correct decision by rejecting this proposal. Any other decision would validate that the government does not have the public’s interest in mind or heart. Thank you, David
