This rule is a threat against every single retail investor. The sole purpose of SR-NSCC-2022-003 is to launder illegal naked shorts and persistent FTDs, which restrict true price discovery. The market desperately needs more accountability and transparency from big institutions, not less. Please do your part and stop this.
