Hello, I stumbled across this new rule proposal and have found it to be very scary. This rule change is the antithesis of a free and fair market. The complexity of this rule change is yet another example of how Wall Street manipulates policy at the expense of retail. This would not improve market transparency but in fact make things more mirky. Please WITHDRAW this proposal and do NOT give Wall Street more power to manipulate the financial system at the expense of retail. Thank you, Jared
