Good morning, After reviewing NSCC-2022-003 I am appalled at the possibility of it passing as a new rule. It is my understanding that this rule would allow financial entities with large FTD problems to continue to evade their obligations to deliver securities to buyers. As a singular retail investor, I ask that you please uphold any sort of integrity left in the markets and not allow this proposed rule to pass. If Mr. Gensler truly wants to simplify markets and look out for retail, he will not entertain the idea of passing this proposal.
