Dear SEC representatives, I am a retail investor. I do not think the proposed rule is the interest of the retail investor. This does not lead to transparency or hold those who have put the US financial system at risk accountable. I’m also very offended by the way the proposed rule is trying to screw the retail investor behind the scenes. I urge you to withdraw this proposal immediately. Best regards Denis Kovacevic
