Hello- I am reaching out with regards to rule SR-NSCC-2022-003. This rule is just another thinly veiled cheat for our large market players to continue to rob the American people. How can you possibly think this is helping your retail investor? If this is just to help larger players again ask yourself why- They have every advantage over retail traders and they somehow need another way to cheat the system.
