SEC As an international investor, I view with concern the attempt to establish a rule against the free market. Securities must be bought and sold without restrictions or strange processes or adjusts. If this rule is implemented I will no longer trade on the NASDAQ or NYSE. I have always thought that this type of totalitarian attitude is incompatible in the land of freedom.
