Members of the SEC, Failures to delivers, naked shorting, and the lack of transparency are eroding confidence in the markets of the now more informed retail investors. SR-NSCC-2022-003 threatens to give more power for institutions to abuse those already exploited areas through SFTs. We are tired of institutions weaponizing investor’s money. In 2005 I joined the MO Army National Guard and later deployed to Iraq in 07’ and Afghanistan in 09’ I considered myself a patriot and believed I was fighting for something fair and just, but our markets and congress have taken that away me.
