I am a retail investor and I oppose this rule(s) ( SR-NSCC-2022-003 and SR-NSCC-2022-801) . It does not create transparency in the market and does not benefit the everyday retail investors. It doesn’t promote a fair market and should NOT be adopted. I am a retail investor. Thank you, Retail ape ��
