Please withdraw SR-NSCC-2022-003 This proposal does not belong in a fair market and should be withdrawn. Market Makers and others should not be allowed to play by different rules than retail investors. If investors short a stock, they should not have "Fire Sale Risk Mitigation" - they have taken a risk and should have to pay for that risk instead of being allowed to kick the can down the road and never pay for their risk. -Alice Gleason
