Hi, I am a retail investor and I want more market transparency in the market.The FTD in this rule will be allowed to continue and get even worse we cannot allow this, market makers are using these FTDs to illegally naked short and abuse dark pool trading. Dark pools should also be banned it puts millions of retail investors as myself at a disadvantage. This lack of transparency and fairness is keeping the American dream far out of our reach. Please do the right thing for the American people. As government officials we count on you to serve and protect our best interests and so far that has not happened. The SEC and SEC regulators reputation to be a department and staff of integrity is slipping and being exposed at an all time high. Respectfully, Darlene Sent from my iPhone
