Out of all the things that could be done to ensure a more transparent and fair market, the proposed rule, SR-NSCC-2022-003, is not one of them. Clearly, this rule shows that the market is meant for the big players and the little guys should stay out. I am a retail investor, and I spend a lot of time trying to better the market and invest in areas that will help economic growth. However, with this proposed rule, I can tell that the overall goal of the market is to leave everyone in the dark. Routing orders through dark pools and hiding buy orders from lit markets are some of the areas we should be focusing on, as that is jeopardizing our free market. This rule clearly allows those who are making bad bets to extend their failure to delivers by giving them the alternative to lend even more. how is that fair to those who won the bet fair and square? If the big guys were winning, no new proposed rules would be sent, cause thats how its meant to be, the big guys are supposed to win. Not this time, I will ensure that you keep hearing from me until we level the playing field.
