Hello, I am highly opposed to this proposed rule. As an individual investor I feel as though this proposed change does not have my best interests in mind. This proposal is designed to give additional flexibility to large institutions, particularly those that find themselves on the wrong side of poor bets, and completely undermines what a free and fair market should be. I believe in market fairness and that all decisions should have consequences, whether positive or negative. Thank you, JD
