Goos morning, I am writing to express that I fully oppose SR-NSCC-2022-003. As my understanding this sets our “fair” market back decades and only benefits market makers and funds which are already making risky gambles. Please do not further disadvantage retail investors and hard working Americans with retirement accounts they do no personally manage.
