Hugely concerned that this removes market transparency and enables investors that have ultimately made a very bad financial decision to walk away intact when the same courtesy is not ever applied to Retail investors. End of the day, these Hedge Funds/Market Makers whatever they're called made bad decisions. By bringing SR-NSCC-2022-003 and associated rules to the table all that is happening is allowing corruption to continue. If the SEC and governing bodies truly believe in a free and fair market then these institutions need to see the consequences of their actions. At the end of the day, this is Capitalism. You can't have it both ways.
