My comment for file number SR-NSCC-2022-003: This is despicable. Once again, an attempt to pass similar changes that have already been rejected twice. Hidden in this 43 page document of legalese and unnecessary complexity we see another attempt of trying to avoid the consequences of poor decisions. The market already lacks transparency and heavily favors institutions and is by no means more “fair” were this rule to pass, it would only increase the already severe “fairness” gap between retail and institutions. I implore you to do the right thing and stop the repackaging of the same unfair rules and reject this for the third and final time. It is high time to increase accountability and transparency in markets, not the other way around. Regards, Jona Lonn
