Hello, This rule came to my attention as a retail investor. To be quite frankly....it's disgusting to even consider it! YWith this rule you are creating another loophole for the fraudulent Wall Street activist short sellers (and others btw) to get away with it! SEC: you should get your act together and protect retail instead of protecting the frauds! Have you forgotten about 2008?? We, the retail investors, have not! We have been shining lights on all the criminal behaviours over the last 1,5 year and untill now nothing happens! Why not? We want a free, transparant and fair market! Kirscha Kievits Retail Investor
