Hello, As a retail investor I am very concerned with rule SR-NSCC-2022-003 as it is proposed. I believe it will decrease transparency in the markets and allow bad actors to continue to degrade the laymans confidence in a fair system. Rules like this are complex and made for Wall Street, big banks, and Hedge funds to benefit. I oppose this rule and other similar rules that have come before (and been withdrawn). The new vehicle, SFT, should not be released on the markets as it will be abused in conjunction with naked short selling to circumvent fails to deliver.
