To whom it may concern, I wanted to voice my opposition to the proposed rule change. I as a responsible citizen and somebody who wants healthy markets to be able to retire using money invested in the market am strongly opposed to the rule. Our markets need simplification and no market is more in need of this than derivative markets. Derivatives have been a source of manipulation every time a new one comes about. I would also like to mention leverage is a huge issue that needs to be addressed with proper financial rules and market structure not creating more derivatives.
