I am a retail investor, and completely against this new proposed rule. It would further remove transparency and accountability for an already extremely convoluted market. Irresponsible, unfair, and completely against the wishes of anyone interested in a free market. I strongly oppose this rule and anyone who supports it, and I look forward to it not being passed. -George Abuhl
