Dear SEC, This is the type of manipulation our democracy is suffering from. Rules that benefit those who make poor choices and need tax payers to turn a blind eye to. The last thing the market needs is another tool that only benefits the few and not the whole. This is the type of rule changes that has perpetuated our failing economy and relies on the ignorance of a loving society, just to drive a knife into it's back. Create a fair market. One that allows fair markets to flourish. Our economy is in peril, how does this rule change do anything to realign a fair market? It doesn't... This rule change is the opposite of nurturing to a fair market. Our legacy is being threatened, create a fairness your mother and father would be proud of. Do your best.
