Hello, Recently I have been made aware of the contents of SR-NSCC-2022-003. Many members of the retail trading community are against this proposed rule, myself included. Please remove this proposed rule and furthermore please do not try to propose something similar again in the future, as iterations of this have been rejected in the past and continue to be rejected by educated investors every time it resurfaces. The market already lacks transparency, and this proposed rule only seeks to mitigate risks involved with short selling, a practice which is fundamentally un-American.
