Forgive me if I didn't fully absorb the full 188 pages in this proposed rule, but from what I am able to gather I'm not only shocked, but I'm appalled you would even consider this. The market as it stands suffers a massive credibility problem due to lack of transparency, and this is only going to make the matters worse. I liquidated about 50% of my holdings back in October 2021 because I have lost so much faith in the market, specifically, you the SEC, in enforcing the rules and making sure retail investors such as myself are given the protections we need.
