To whom it may concern: This rule CANNOT get passed. As if this country isn't in horrible enough shape, at what point do the governing bodies look out for the best interests of the people instead of big money? Bad actors have destroyed this country and our economy. They stole everyone's money in 2008, crashed the economy, then they were given a free pass to do it all again, which they have. Please, for the sake of this country and the generations that follow us, this rule cannot get passed.
