Hi there. I am a concerned retail investor. I am concerned about this proposed rule because it is not in the interest of retail. It gives market makers and hedgefunds manages more power in a world where they quite literally have all the power. These people can make bad bet after bad bet and they are rewarded with new freedoms? Instead of giving the market makers more power why don't you pass some rules that help the little guy? I am asking from the bottom of my heart to please disallow this rule and help retail investors out a little bit. Thank you
